She's the person managers call when confidence is low, decisions feel stuck, or a team needs someone who can cut through the noise and get people moving.
As founder of Work Wise Labs, she's led leadership development and coaching work with organizations including the Anti-Defamation League and the NJ Division on Civil Rights. She holds a certification in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is known for a practical, no-fluff approach that gets real results.
