PROBLEM-SOLVING and DECISION-MAKING
Identify the right problems to solve and avoid wasting time on the wrong problems
Introduce a three-step strategic process to effectively solve problems
Practice problem-solving using real-world problems
Examine a model of decision-making and how to best communicate this model within a team
GIVING AND RECEIVING FEEDBACK
Understand the factors that lead to effectively giving and receiving feedback
Provide guidelines and practical strategies to give feedback

Introduce conflict resolution as a concept and highlight its benefits
