Continue your leadership development with this one-month follow-up program designed for graduates of the Aspiring Leaders experience. Through four one-hour virtual sessions, participants will strengthen their skills, apply what they’ve learned, and stay connected to a supportive community of emerging leaders.Program Objectives
• Apply the 3-day LLNJ Leadership Lab for Aspiring Leaders learning in the workplace, including what is working, ongoing challenges, and areas for continued growth
• Continue developing practical leadership skills and strategies
• Build meaningful connections with a community of new leaders

Dates: Every Thursday in March at noon - March 5, March 12, March 19, March 26
Format: Four 1-hour virtual sessions over one month
Cost: $100 per participant
