In this program, employees will identify their signature strengths and will be given practical strategies to use those strengths with colleagues and in the work that they do.

    This program is designed to walk participants through one model of adult learning theory in order to better understand best practices of creating content that is meaningful and relevant to adult learners, The program will also differentiate between the role of a presenter and the function of a facilitator. Through interactive exercises, the participants will learn strategies to be effective presenters and facilitators and what to do if a situation becomes challenging during a program.
